Let's Start Promoting Our Community Father's Day Party!

Community Father's Day Party Details:

The party will run from Monday, June 6 - Thursday, June 9
You can join the Facebook Group for this party by clicking HERE
This is a community party run by your Zyia Revolution Leadership Team
It is your responsibility to INVITE to the party, tag and engage with your guests, DM them, help them shop and close the sale.
There will be a couple of give aways in this party that will be covered by Zyia Revolution. If one of your customers wins this prize, please contact Kim Casey.
Any additional discounts you offer your guests should be offered privately (not in the party Facebook group) and you will be responsible for those discounts.
We HIGHLY recommend that you create a FB Chat for all the guests you have added to the party so you can directly communicate with them. This is where you can send them your shop link and offer any additional discounts or specials (like a mystery hostess event).

Post 3-5 of these photos in your Stories

Include polls and questions to drive engagement

Posting Tips:

Add stickers/gifs to your stories and any additional photos of yourself (people love seeing photos of you!)
Make sure you check back on your stories periodically for likes and comments
Remember "every like is a lead" (every comment too!)
Send people who engage a DM and personally invite them with the link to the Father's Day Party

Go LIVE in your VIP Group and announce the upcoming Father's Day Party!
- Let people know there will be gift ideas, special guest videos from our husbands, prizes and lots of fun!
- Invite them to like or comment on your post for an invite
- DM them the link to join the party
Create an EVENT inside your VIP Group for the Fathers Day Party. You can then automatically invite everyone in your group this way and they will get a notification. Be clear that the party will take place NOT in your group but instead in THIS GROUP
Check back and follow up with anyone who marks 'interested' 'going' or 'maybe' and make sure they get added to the group and to your FB Chat.

Reach out to 5 of your customers and offer to help them shop for Father's Day. Ask them questions to learn more about the dad's they are shopping for and make some product suggestions. They may not realize all that Zyia offers for guys! Remind them that you offer easy returns and exchanges and also offer gift cards!
